Proposed Easement at William Street Reserve

Under Section 46 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council will consider location of an easement within William Street Reserve, 8 William Street, North Richmond.

The easement under consideration is located on land classified as ‘community’, refer to the attached plan for details of the proposed easement

Council will receive submissions regarding the Proposal. All submissions received will be considered in reaching a decision regarding the proposed easement.

If you would like to make a submission, Council will receive these, in writing, addressed to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council, by mail to PO Box 146, Windsor NSW 2756; in person at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor; or by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au up to close of business on 17 February 2025.

Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper. Information contained in submissions may, at the discretion of Hawkesbury City Council and the NSW Department of Industry - Lands, be referred to the person (s) who initiated the proposal for appropriate consideration. Your submission, including any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
