In accordance with Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act, 1993, Council proposes to grant a Licence Agreement in respect to Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights, as follows:

Property: Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights (Radio Tower)

Lease Term: 5 years

Permitted Use: Community Radio Transmitter

Licensee: Hawkesbury Community Media Network Association Inc

Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on 10 May 2023. Submissions should be addressed to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor, emailed to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au or via the submission form below.
