In accordance with Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act, 1993, Council proposes to grant a Licence Agreement in respect to Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights, as follows:
Property: Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights (Radio Tower)
Lease Term: 5 years
Permitted Use: Community Radio Transmitter
Licensee: Hawkesbury Community Media Network Association Inc
