Proposed Road Closure - Bismark Street, McGraths Hill

Under Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993, notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council will consider the closing of a road in connection with an application proposed by Council.

The road under consideration comprises the Council public road known as Bismark Street, McGraths Hill (shown in red on the map). Upon closure Council will retain the closed road as community land. The road reserve will then be incorporated into Colbee Park, in accordance with Council's Masterplan.

All submissions received will be considered in reaching a decision regarding the proposed road closing.

Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper. Information contained in submission may, at the discretion of Hawkesbury City Council, be referred to the person (s) who initiated the proposal for appropriate consideration. Your submission, including any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
