Expression of Interest - Community Representation on Council's Heritage Committee

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified members of the community for appointment as community representatives on the Hawkesbury Heritage Committee. Membership of the Hawkesbury Heritage Committee includes up to fourteen Community appointments.

Community members are generally appointed to committees on the basis of their industry knowledge and experience, technical skills and/or their ability to interpret the common interests of residents.

This Hawkesbury Heritage Committee provides Council with advice on a range of heritage related matters.

If you have skills or knowledge relating to heritage, we would like to hear from you. To be selected, representatives will need to:

• Have experience and knowledge of heritage matters in the Hawkesbury
• Be able to attend and participate in Committee meetings (typically 5pm - 7pm Thursday evenings every 3 months)
• Agree to Council's Code of Conduct and relevant Terms of Reference
