Consultation has concluded
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of community land, as follows:
Property: Lot 12 in DP 785922, Colonial Reserve, 111 Colonial Drive, Bligh Park
Lease Term: Five year lease with a further consecutive three x five year leases.
Permitted Use: For the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a telecommunications network and telecommunications service including but not limited to installing, storing, operating, repairing, maintaining, altering, and replacing telecommunications equipment consistent with the evolving nature of telecommunications services.
Lessee: Optus Mobile Pty Ltd
Written submissions relating to this lease proposal are to be made no later than 5pm on Monday, 27 February 2017 to Council via the submission form below, or alternatively:
