Lease of Road Reserve - 43 March Street, Richmond

In accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act, 1993, Council proposes to grant a lease in respect to a Road Reserve as follows:

Property: Road Reserve adjoining 43 March Street, Richmond

Lease Term: 3 Years

Permitted Use: Ancillary uses associated with a Fire Station, permissible under the Roads Act, 1993

Lessee: The Minister for Emergency Services (Fire and Rescue NSW)

Submissions will be received until 5pm on 25 February 2025.
