In accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act, 1993, Council proposes to grant a lease in respect to a Road Reserve, as follows:
Property: Road Reserve Adjoining 43 March Street, Richmond
Lease Term: 3 years
Permitted Use: Ancillary uses associated with a Fire Station, permissible under the Roads Act, 1993.
Lessee: The Minister for Police and Emergency Services (Fire and Rescue NSW)
Submissions can be made via the Submission tab below, or in writing addressed to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756.
Submissions will be received until 5pm on Tuesday, 28 September 2021. Enquiries regarding this matter should be referred to Council’s Acting Manager Property and Strategy on (02) 4560 4444 or by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au
Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper.
