Consultation has concluded

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to grant a lease in respect in respect of community land, as follows:

Property: Lot 6028 in DP 1169449, Fernadell Park, 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town

Licence Term: 15 months

Permitted Use: Irrigation purposes

Licensee: Flow Systems Pty Ltd

Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on 7 July 2020. Submissions should be addressed to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor.
