Licence - Community Land Hawkesbury Oasis

HAWKESBURY OASIS AQUATIC AND FITNESS CENTRE, CORNER OF CHURCH AND DRUMMOND STREETS, SOUTH WINDSOR

The Hawkesbury Oasis Aquatic and Fitness Centre is located on Crown Land which comprises a reserve under the Crown Land management Act 2016. Hawkesbury City Council is the Crown Land Manager of the reserve known as ‘Church Street Reserve (R.86800) Reserve Trust’.

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a management agreement, which includes a licence of the land, in respect of community land, as follows:

Property: Part of Church Street Reserve (R.86800), Hawkesbury Oasis Aquatic and Fitness Centre, corner of Church and Drummond Street, South Windsor.

Licence Term: 10 + 5 + 5 Years

Permitted Use: Management and operation of Hawkesbury Oasis Aquatic and Fitness Centre

Licensee: Unknown at this stage. Council is currently out for tender.
