The Draft Markets Policy will be on public exhibition from the Friday 20 November 2020 to Friday 18 December 2020.
The purpose of the Market Policy is to establish a consistent process for assessing and approving markets held on council land or crown lands under the care and control of council, demonstrate the level of commitment required from market operators to achieve quality markets operations and facilitate well managed markets that help to support and contribute to the local communities complementing the offerings of local businesses.

Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor during office hours 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday,
Richmond Library during office hours 9.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00 pm on Saturdays
Windsor Library, 300 George Street, Windsor during office hours 9.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 1.00pm Saturdays and 2.00pm – 5.00pm on Sunday.

Council will receive submissions in writing, address to the General Manager, by mail to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756, by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.auor via the online submission provided below, up to the close of business on Friday 18 December 2020.
Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in Council’s meeting business paper. Your submission, including any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.
