In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of community land, as follows:

Property: Ham Common, Part of Lot 3 in Deposited Plan 1062683, 264 Hawkesbury Valley Way, Clarendon

Lease Term: 3 Years

Permitted Use: Cake and Coffee Shop

Lessee: Anthony Riley
