Public Exhibition - Redbank Precinct Community Land Plan of Management including Peel Park Master Plan
Consultation has concluded
The draft Plan of Management for community land within the Redbank Precinct at North Richmond is now available for public comment. This plan guides the permitted usage and management of the future public reserves within the precinct and existing reserves immediately adjacent. It also includes a Master Plan for the proposed development of Peel Park.
Additionally, names for future reserves are proposed within the plan and comment is sought on suitable names for the reserve along Redbank Creek.
The plan in Attachment A in the document library on this site shows the draft Redbank Precinct Community Land Plan of Management. Attachment B in the document library on this site includes an addendum to the above plan, which modifies the proposed Peel Park Master Plan by including the potential for a low impact/small scale water play area.
