LICENCE – PART 142 WARKS HILL ROAD, KURRAJONG HEIGHTS
In accordance with Sections 47 and 47A of the Local Government Act, 1993, Council proposes to grant a Licence Agreement in respect to Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights, as follows:
Property: Part 142 Warks Hill Road, Kurrajong Heights (Part of Warks Hill Fire Communication Tower)
Lease Term: 5 years
Permitted Use: Community Radio Transmitter
Licensee: WICEN (NSW) Inc Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on 17 February 2025.
Submissions should be addressed to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor. Enquiries regarding this matter should be referred to Council’s Property Officer on (02) 4560 4224 or by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au
